OddAudio is based in downtown Calgary, Alberta, Canada and offers affordable and professional repair and modification services to the local HiFi audio community. 

Shop visits/drop offs/pickups are by appointment only, please call or text at least 1 business day in advance to make arrangements.

Pickup/dropoff can be arranged within Calgary city limits for an additional fee. Please note due to our high workload we are unable to perform house calls beyond pickup/drop off.

Shop rate is 75$CAD per hour plus GST, with a 1 hour minimum diagnostic charge.

Parts are supplied at our cost, including relevant shipping fees and GST.

Parts orders must be paid up front before the order will be completed, labour charges are due upon completion of the work.

Work completed is guaranteed for 60 days after pickup, with exceptions due to declined repairs or issues noted during repair/testing that were not addressed as part of the service.

Shop hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, closed on Canadian holidays.

What is "Tuned by OddAudio"?

You may encounter this little sticker on the rear panel or bottom plate of equipment rebuilt by OddAudio. 

This sticker is ONLY placed on units that have had the full OddAudio rebuild treatment, which AT MINIMUM includes replacement of all electrolytic capacitors with Nichicon audio grade and Kemet/Wima film capacitors wherever possible. It may also include more involved work like replacement of transistors or significant modifications of the circuit, but the bottom line is that this sticker is only placed on units that get our most thorough level of service and modification and adhere to our stringent quality standards, a unit we have done from start to finish with our recommended parts. 

It will NOT be placed on units that merely receive basic services or alignments, nor will it go on units rebuilt by other technicians or using customer supplied parts that do not equal or exceed the quality of our default choices.
